Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern bookings made with ClixCulture Media ("CCM," "we," "us," or "our"), an Orlando, FL-based photography and videography studio. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide automotive, portrait, action/sports, commercial, aerial (drone), and videography services, on-location within Central Florida or by arrangement.

Booking & Pricing

Pricing is based on session category, duration, and any add-ons (drone, extra people, travel) selected at booking, and is shown to you before you submit a request. All bookings require admin approval before they're confirmed.

Payment

• Stripe or Zelle: a 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of the shoot. The remaining balance is due at the session.
• Cash: full payment is due upon arrival at the shoot.

Unpaid deposits may result in your booking being cancelled or marked as a no-show.

Rush Bookings

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice before the requested shoot time may incur a rush fee. Requests made with less than 6 hours' notice cannot be submitted online — please contact us directly.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule a confirmed booking up to 2 times, provided each request is made more than 6 hours before the scheduled shoot start. A $25 rescheduling fee applies each time.
• Reschedule requests made inside 6 hours of the shoot start are not permitted — only cancellation is available at that point.
• Cancelling inside 6 hours of the shoot start may result in your account being flagged for future bookings.
• After 2 reschedules, further changes require cancelling the booking or contacting us directly by phone.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in your account being blacklisted from future online bookings. Blacklisted clients must pay in full before a session takes place, rather than the standard 50% deposit.

Image & Video Usage Rights

Delivered media is licensed to you for the personal, business, or promotional use you specify at booking (print, social media, personal use, etc.). ClixCulture Media retains copyright ownership of all images and video we capture and may use them in our portfolio or marketing, unless you've declined via our repost-consent process for specific images.

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you opt in during booking, we may text you booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancellation notices, and payment status updates. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle phone numbers collected for SMS.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect captured media, ClixCulture Media is not liable for equipment failure, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control that limit or prevent delivery of a session. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or a partial/full refund of amounts paid, at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
